What the model said
I made three small additions to `0.html`, which was a valid but bare document (`<!DOCTYPE html><title>0</title>`): ```html <!DOCTYPE html> <html lang=en> <meta charset=utf-8> <meta name=viewport content="width=device-width,initial-scale=1"> <title>0</title> ``` - **`<meta charset=utf-8>`** declares the encoding, so non-ASCII text won't be misread. - **`<meta name=viewport …>`** makes the page render at device width on mobile instead of a zoomed-out desktop layout. - **`<html lang=en>`** tells screen readers, translation and hyphenation what language the page is in. English is my assumption, so change it if the content will be in another language. I kept the original terse style (optional tags omitted, unquoted attributes) and did not add any body content or styling, since the file had none. I have not opened it in a browser or run it through a validator. If you had a different kind of improvement in mind, such as actual content or styling, tell me what the page is for.
