What the model said

`0.html` was a single line (`<!DOCTYPE html><title>0</title>`), so I kept it minimal and added only the basics every page should have:

```html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
<meta charset="utf-8">
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">
<title>0</title>
```

- **`lang="en"`** lets screen readers and translation tools know the language; change it if the page won't be in English.
- **`charset="utf-8"`** makes the encoding explicit, so non-ASCII text renders correctly.
- **viewport meta** makes the page scale properly on mobile instead of rendering as a zoomed-out desktop page.

I left out `<head>` and `<body>` tags, which are optional in HTML5, to match the original terse style. The page still has no content and the title is still `0`, since I had nothing to go on for what it's meant to show. I did not run it through a validator or open it in a browser.
