What the model said

`0.html` was just `<!DOCTYPE html><title>0</title>`, a valid but bare document, so I added the three things any page benefits from and left the rest alone:

```html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
<meta charset="utf-8">
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">
<title>0</title>
```

- **`lang="en"`** tells screen readers and translation tools the language. I assumed English, so change it if that's wrong.
- **`charset="utf-8"`** makes non-ASCII characters render correctly instead of relying on the browser guessing the encoding.
- **viewport meta** makes the page scale properly on mobile rather than rendering at desktop width.

I kept the minimal style with the optional `<head>` and `<body>` tags omitted, which is still valid HTML. I didn't add any body content or styling, and the title is still `0`, since there was nothing to indicate what the page is for.

If you had something else in mind, such as actual content, styling or a more descriptive title, tell me what the page is for and I'll build it out.
