What the model said

`0.svg` was an empty SVG — just a bare `<svg>` root element with no artwork — so there was very little to improve. I made the one structural change that is safe without knowing what it should show.

**Before**
```xml
<svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg"/>
```

**After**
```xml
<svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" viewBox="0 0 100 100" width="100" height="100"/>
```

- **`viewBox`** gives the file a defined coordinate system, so anything added later scales cleanly.
- **`width` / `height`** give it an intrinsic size of 100×100 instead of the browser fallback of 300×150.

The 100×100 size is an arbitrary choice of mine; change it if you have a target size in mind.

I could not run the `xmllint` well-formedness check because the command was denied in this session, so the file is unvalidated by tooling. It is a single self-closing element.

I did not add any drawing, because nothing in the file or directory indicates what it should depict. Tell me what it's meant to be (the digit "0", an icon, a placeholder, etc.) and I'll draw it.
