What the model said

`0.svg` was an empty SVG, just `<svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg"/>`, so there was no artwork to improve. I only made a structural change: it now has an explicit coordinate system and size.

```xml
<svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" viewBox="0 0 100 100" width="100" height="100"></svg>
```

- **What changed:** without a `viewBox` or dimensions, browsers fall back to a 300×150 box with no scaling. It now has a square 100×100 canvas that scales cleanly.
- **What I didn't do:** I added no shapes, title or styling, since I'd be guessing at what the file is meant to show. The 100×100 size is also my choice, so change it if you have a target size.
- **Not validated:** the `xmllint` well-formedness check was blocked because this session can't approve that command.

Tell me what the image should depict (the digit "0", an icon, a placeholder, etc.) and I'll draw it.
