What the model said

`0.svg` was an empty SVG (just `<svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg"/>`), so there was no artwork to improve. I made the only change that didn't require guessing at content: it now has an explicit coordinate system and size.

```xml
<svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" viewBox="0 0 100 100" width="100" height="100"/>
```

- **Sizing:** without a `viewBox` or dimensions, browsers fall back to a 300×150 box and the image can't scale predictably. It now scales cleanly as a 100×100 square.
- **Still blank:** the file renders nothing, as before. I didn't invent any content, since the filename alone doesn't say what it should show.
- **Not validated:** my `xmllint` check was blocked because this session can't approve that command. The file is a single self-closing element, so the risk is low.

The 100×100 square is my choice; if the image should have a different aspect ratio or size, those numbers need changing.

Tell me what the image should depict (a "0" glyph, an icon, a placeholder) and I'll draw it.
