What the model said

`0.svg` was an empty SVG with no content, so I only gave it sensible structure; it still draws nothing.

The original was:

```xml
<svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg"/>
```

It is now:

```xml
<svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" viewBox="0 0 100 100" width="100" height="100" aria-hidden="true"/>
```

- **`viewBox`**: gives it a coordinate system so it scales properly once it has content.
- **`width` / `height`**: gives it a fixed 100×100 default size instead of the browser fallback of 300×150.
- **`aria-hidden="true"`**: stops screen readers announcing an empty image.

The 100×100 size is my choice, not something taken from the file. I could not run the `xmllint` well-formedness check because the command was denied in this session, so the file is unvalidated, though it is a single self-closing element.

If the file is meant to show something (the digit "0", an icon, a placeholder graphic), tell me what and I'll draw it. If it was meant to be a minimal empty SVG, such as a test fixture, restore the original line above.
