What the model said

`0.svg` was an empty SVG (just `<svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg"/>`), so there was no artwork to improve. I made the only change that seemed safe without guessing at content: giving it an explicit size and coordinate system.

```xml
<svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" width="100" height="100" viewBox="0 0 100 100"/>
```

Before, it had no intrinsic dimensions, so browsers would fall back to 300×150 and it had no `viewBox` to scale with. It now renders as a 100×100 square that scales cleanly, but it is still blank.

I tried to validate the file with `xmllint`, but that command was blocked because this session can't approve permission prompts, so the check did not run. The file is a single self-closing element, so the risk of a malformed result is low.

To go further I need to know what the image should show: for example a "0" numeral to match the filename, an icon, or a placeholder graphic, and at what size and colours. If the file was meant to be empty (say, as a test fixture), the original is the one-line element quoted above and can be restored as is.
