What the model said

`0.svg` was an empty SVG with nothing drawn in it, so the only improvement I could make was structural: it is still a blank image.

**Before**
```svg
<svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg"/>
```

**After**
```svg
<svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" viewBox="0 0 100 100" width="100" height="100"/>
```

- **`viewBox`** gives the file a defined coordinate system, so anything added later scales cleanly.
- **`width` / `height`** give it a square 100×100 size instead of the browser's 300×150 fallback.

The 100×100 size is my choice, not something taken from the file. I did not invent any artwork, since neither the file nor the name says what it should depict.

I tried to validate the result with `xmllint`, but that command needed approval and was denied in this session, so the file is unvalidated.

Tell me what the image should show (an icon, a logo, the digit "0", etc.) and the target size, and I'll draw it.
