What the model said
`0.html` only had a doctype and a `<title>`, so I rewrote it as a standard HTML5 starting page: - **`<html lang="en">`** tells screen readers, search engines and translation tools that the page is in English. - **`<meta charset="utf-8">`** makes browsers read the text as UTF-8, so characters don't get garbled. - **`<meta name="viewport" …>`** makes the page display at the right size on phones. - **`<head>` and `<body>`** are now written out, so there's a clear place to add content. The title is still "0". The page has no content yet. If you had something specific in mind, tell me what the page is for and I'll build it out.
