What the model said
`0.html` only had a doctype and a `<title>0</title>`, so I turned it into a complete HTML5 skeleton: - **`<html lang="en">`**: tells screen readers, translation tools and search engines what language the page is in. - **`<meta charset="utf-8">`**: sets the character encoding so non-ASCII text doesn't come out garbled. - **`<meta name="viewport">`**: makes the page display at the right size on phones. - **`<head>` and `<body>`**: written out explicitly so it's clear where content goes. The page is still empty and the title is still "0". If you tell me what the page is for, I can add real content, styling, or a better title.
