What the model said

`0.html` was a single line (`<!DOCTYPE html><title>0</title>`), valid but bare, so I added the three things any page benefits from and left the rest alone:

```html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
<meta charset="utf-8">
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">
<title>0</title>
```

- **`lang="en"`** tells screen readers and translation tools the language. I assumed English, so change it if that's wrong.
- **`charset="utf-8"`** makes the encoding explicit, so non-ASCII text won't be garbled.
- **The viewport meta** makes the page render at device width on mobile instead of as a zoomed-out desktop layout.

I kept the minimal style of the original, leaving out the optional `<head>` and `<body>` tags, and didn't invent any content: the page is still blank with the title "0". I haven't opened it in a browser or run it through a validator.

If you had something else in mind, such as actual content, styling or a more descriptive title, tell me what the page is for and I'll build it out.
