What the model said

I made three small additions to `0.html`, which was a bare doctype and title, and kept it otherwise minimal:

```html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
<meta charset="utf-8">
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">
<title>0</title>
```

- **`lang="en"`** tells screen readers and translation tools the language. English is my assumption, so change it if the page will be in another language.
- **`charset="utf-8"`** makes the encoding explicit, so non-ASCII text won't be garbled.
- **viewport meta** makes the page render at device width on mobile instead of as a zoomed-out desktop layout.

I left the optional `<head>` and `<body>` tags out to match the original's terse style, and I added no content or styling, since the page has none. I haven't opened it in a browser or run it through a validator.

If you had something else in mind by "improve" (actual content, styling, a specific purpose for the page), tell me what the page is for and I'll build it out.
