What the model said

`0.html` was a single line (`<!DOCTYPE html><title>0</title>`) with no content, so I limited the changes to the document basics and kept its minimal, optional-tags-omitted style:

```html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
<meta charset="utf-8">
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">
<title>0</title>
```

- **`lang="en"`** tells screen readers and translation tools the page language. English is my assumption, so change it if the page will be in another language.
- **`charset="utf-8"`** makes the encoding explicit, so non-ASCII text renders correctly.
- **Viewport meta** makes the page scale properly on mobile instead of rendering as a zoomed-out desktop page.
- **Trailing newline** added at the end of the file.

I didn't open it in a browser or run it through a validator.

The page still has no body content and the title is still `0`; I didn't invent either, since I don't know what the page is for.
