What the model said

`0.html` was a bare one-line document (`<!DOCTYPE html><title>0</title>`), so I added the three things it was missing and left everything else alone:

- **`<html lang="en">`** tells screen readers and translation tools the language. I assumed English, so change it if that's wrong.
- **`<meta charset="utf-8">`** makes the encoding explicit, so non-ASCII characters won't be mis-rendered.
- **`<meta name="viewport" ...>`** makes the page scale properly on mobile instead of rendering at desktop width.

I kept the minimal style of the original, with the optional `<head>` and `<body>` tags still omitted, which is valid HTML5. The title is unchanged and the page still has no body content, since I didn't want to invent any. I haven't run it through a validator or opened it in a browser.

If you had something else in mind by "improve", such as real content, styling or a more descriptive title, tell me what the page is for and I'll build it out.
