what changed from step 033
Nothing. The file is byte-identical to step 033.
What the model said
`0.html` is already a solid, empty starter template. It has the viewport and color-scheme meta tags, a readable line length, balanced heading wrapping, focus outlines and reduced-motion handling. The page has no content yet, so there isn't much to improve without knowing what it's for.
The only real gaps I see:
- **The `description` meta tag is empty**, and the title is just "0". Both need real text, which depends on what the page is about.
- **Form controls don't use the page font.** Buttons and inputs fall back to the browser's default font. One line fixes it: `button, input, select, textarea { font: inherit; }`.
- **There's no skip link and no `<header>`/`<footer>`.** These only matter once the page has navigation.
I haven't changed anything yet. What should the page be (a landing page, an article, a tool)? I can fill in the content, title and description to match. Or I can just apply the small fixes above to the template as it is.
