Nothing. The file is byte-identical to step 005.

What the model said

`0.html` has no content yet. It's a valid, minimal HTML5 skeleton: doctype, `lang`, charset, viewport and a title of "0", with an empty body. So there's nothing to improve until I know what the page is for.

What should it be? For example:
- a landing page or personal site (what content?)
- a small app or tool (what should it do?)
- just a better starter template (a real title, meta description, favicon, base CSS reset, linked stylesheet and script)

If you meant the starter template, say so and I'll add those pieces now.
