What the model said
`0.html` was already a solid base stylesheet, so I made four small changes that close real gaps and left the rest alone. None of this was checked in a browser.
## What changed
- **Form fonts** (`0.html:70`): `optgroup` and `::file-selector-button` now inherit the page font too. Before, the "Choose file" button and option group labels fell back to the browser's default font.
- **Trailing margins** (`0.html:101`): the `main > :last-child` rule now also covers `blockquote`, `li`, `dd`, `td`, `th`, `fieldset` and `details`. A paragraph ending a table cell or fieldset no longer adds an extra 1rem of space at the bottom.
- **Table numbers** (`0.html:87`): tables use `tabular-nums`, so digits line up in columns.
- **Iframes** (`0.html:104`): the default 2px inset border is removed.
## What I left alone
- **Content:** the page is still just a title and an `<h1>` of "0". I didn't add a `<meta name="description">` because I don't know what the page is for.
- **`table { display: block }`:** this makes wide tables scroll without a wrapper element, but it can strip table semantics for screen readers in some browsers. If you add real data tables, a wrapper `<div>` with `overflow-x: auto` is the safer choice.
- **Opinionated styling:** I didn't add link underline tweaks, `hr` restyling, smooth scrolling or similar, since those are taste rather than fixes.
