What the model said

I tightened up `0.html` without changing how it looks on a desktop screen: it is still a black 400px circle centred on the page. I haven't opened it in a browser to check.

- **No stray horizontal scrollbar:** removed `width: 100vw` from `body`, which overflows whenever a vertical scrollbar is present.
- **Better mobile centring:** `height: 100vh` is now `min-height: 100dvh` (with `100vh` as a fallback), so the circle stays centred when the mobile browser's toolbars show or hide.
- **Responsive circle:** the SVG is now `width: min(400px, 100vmin)` with a 1:1 aspect ratio, so it shrinks on screens narrower than 400px instead of being clipped.
- **Accessibility:** added `role="img"` and `aria-label="Black circle"` to the SVG so screen readers announce it. Change the label if the circle stands for something specific.
- **Reset:** added `box-sizing: border-box` to the reset and `display: block` on the SVG.

I left the title and id as `ae683f770`, since they look like generated identifiers. If the page is meant for people to read, a descriptive `<title>` would be worth adding.
